Upon visiting the Bertone factory in Grugliasco, near turin, Gary Schmidt of Germany asked about the Canguro and was led through a back door to be shown a wreck surrounded by weeds missing it's front end, windshield, engine, gearbox, seats and interior.

I know that Bertone is a business but I can't believe that those involved in automotive design could let a piece of perfection languish like this. Schmidt was allowed to buy the Canguro for the cost of processing the paperwork ($35.00 US). Thirty five bucks!!!!! I would have traded my house for it!

Hey, so the interior was stripped. I've got a Giulia parts car just begging to donate gauges to this.
