Booking Arts-controlled Rooms

All booking requests (for classes or those made on an ad hoc basis) must be made by email to djoudrey [at] uwaterloo [dot] ca (Donna Joudrey) (x 32012), Dean of Arts Office. Donna will confirm the booking by email and inform the Scheduling Office of all confirmed bookings for courses. Scheduling staff will enter classroom bookings into the system.

Booking lab facilities

Language Lab schedule

The language lab machines in ML109 and 113. The lab runs Nexus and are only available for booking by Language Instructors.

PAS 1237 schedule

PAS1237 has 42 stations and a data projector that can be booked for classes or tutorials by instructors. Instructors and students will require Nexus Accounts to use the computers. To book PAS 1237, please email byantha [at] uwaterloo [dot] ca (Barb Yantha).

ECH 1205 schedule

ECH1205 is only available for booking by Fine Arts, English and DAC instructors. Instructors and students will require Nexus Accounts to use the computers. To book ECH 1205, please email jozols [at] uwaterloo [dot] ca (Jen Ozols).
