Software Services

The Arts Computing Office welcomes students, staff and faculty to approach us with any software issues. We provide support for all software on Nexus and Artsfaculty computers. Our staff has expertise in all areas of computing so whatever your question, we will either be able to answer you directly, or refer you to someone who can.

Mailing Lists

Mailing lists allow you to send email to large groups of people. For more information about mailing lists, please contact Keith McGowan in the Arts Computing Office.

Students requiring software assistance should contact the ACO Help Desk.
Staff and Faculty may either contact the ACO Help Desk or their Departmental Computing Representative. (We encourage you to contact the ACO Help Desk first as the Help Desk Assistants can solve most issues.)
